Ran half of it outside until it got dark. Ran the rest on the treadmill.

 It was nice to run outside for a change, it was 71 here.

It rained like no ones business this evening.  We hung out at Cracker B and had dinner then went and talked for a while before his mother came and picked him up.

2.5  2  hours on bike

1 hour easy run... We will see how that crazyness works...

Wow what a work out, I am tired glad tomorrow is a rest day.... I do get Parker so that will be awesome.

Bike was boring, did it on trainer 15min spins high RPM 90-100, some one leg drills. 5 min hardest gear, standing up to simulate hills (8 reps).

Run was good, took it easy. Took 1/2 mile to get legs... Worked on high turn over, tried to get 180 foot strikes per minute. tried to run relaxed.

Felt very fatigue in the pool, I could def feel a change after not swimming for almost 3 weeks. But on a good note, I felt very fluid. It is funny my new slow easy 100 pace is 1:47..

Did I say I am down to 10.5% in body fat?

Alright gang I am back at it tonight. I thought I was going to get to ease into it but apperently the coach had different ideas for me because I have a 1 hr and half run tonight.

Whooop Whooop...

Had a great weekend with Parker and it was nice to relax and take some time off. I am ready to get back at it and get my milagebackup there. Funny I was only going to do the half for the music city marathon but now I am doing the full... Gawd I hope I dont turn into Jeepfleeb......

Can I just say 10.5% body fat!!!! Awesome!!!! I was 12.4% two months ago. I am almost a lean mean fighting machine...

Run was tough had to slow down toward the end of it quite a bit. I was fatigued and my HR was never under the 170 that I was supposed to stay under. I think though that is because I has 3 margarits a hour before workout; I had a old co-worker come back into town and we havd a late afternoon drink or Note to self no drinking before a workout.

My legs got a little tired but all in all feel good.
