6am crossfit - Seven.....had to leave so only got 4 rounds done in 18 mintes "The Seven" Seven rounds for time of: 7 Handstand push-ups 7 thrusters 7 Knees to elbows 7 deadlifts 7 Burpees 7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood 7 Pull-ups
2nd day in a row of running....cold and snowy.....back to the 50's on Saturday!
squat clean EMOM 20 minutes +3 pushups
testing out new more supportive shoes and foot - all seemed well
same as last monday but more....good tough workout 5 rounds chinups bulgarian split squats - moved up to 30 pound db cleans toes to bar row for 15 calories
