Worked on cleans - 1 EMOM increasing weight

Shoulder was really achey so after 2 pullups I switched to ring rows. Was a tough little workout.

End of second week of only doing 3x a week crossfit. I want to say I feel a wee bit more energized but I am just finishing my antibiotic so I'll hold off on any judgement.

Running yesterday wasn't stellar but there were a few fleeting moments were it felt kinda nice.

Going to Baltimore for the weekend and hopefully get my level 1 Crossfit cert!

Surprising how many people don't shovel their sidewalks, dodging large puddles or running through snow. It was hot though 40ish degrees, no hat or gloves and only a windbreaker but I was hot! Not used to running in warmer weather.

must resist the oly class and let my shoulder rest. Is is feeling better since I skipped Sat and Tuesday which were both heavy on pullups. Hopefully it is warm (above 30) and I'll run before teaching yoga.

Streets are still half covered in snow so I wore my trail shoes, fun wearing them through town. Felt good the first mile, legs were a little heavy the second but I'll blame that on the skiing.

Tough day

First time doing ALL double unders for a WOD! I have to do 2 singles 1 double, but I can get about 10-15 du without missing. I am going to start working on getting rid of the singles now that I feel pretty confident with the doubles. TMI The only reason I am finally doing double unders now after 2 years is I decided to wear a pad for the double unders. I didn't like always peeing my pants, and I realize it is common but now that I've decided to put my mind to it, it isn't that bad. I am hoping that once I get more fluid with them maybe I won't have the 'problem'.

snowy and 11 degrees. Ran on the golf course road so the snow was somewhat packed down.

up spruce gap pretty tough with all the snow. Usually takes about 30 minutes to go the 1.3 miles to the top, today it took 47. The trail down hadn't been very well traveled, I think it was just as hard going down as it was up.

Hip flexors pretty sore from skiing yesterday. Opted not to go again today, it is supposed to rain Thursday and I imagine a lot of the snow will be gone and what is left won't be good for skiing.

7.2 miles....tired at about the 2 hour much snow. Picking up the poles made my shoulders tired. There were 7 of us, fun to have a group. A couple miles no one had skied and we had to break the trail, slow going during that time and I was getting cold since I was in the back. I moved to the front so I could do some work and get warm. Then I was hot and sweaty and then I got pretty tired and moved to the back again. 28 degrees and not much wind and the snow wasn't sticky. Hip flexors tired!
