Not what I had planned for today. Did warm up with some new plyometric drills and then did a nice little ab/core set after.
Field Hockey Sucks!!! I was just getting into my running when I got kicked off the indoor track because they had some field hockey players coming in. Well, I had planned on 3.75miles but only got in 2.2miles. Oh well, guess that's how things go when you share the track with many other sports.
