Nice slow 2 mile run. Ran with a co-worker who is just starting out. Did a few strides at the end.
Spinning class was cancelled today due to an ill teacher. Did a nice easy workout with the ab routine at the end. Looks like I should be able to attempt my Time Trial tomorrow to see if I can determine my LT HR.
