Started to come down with something yesterday morning, got in my run yesterday but I was exhausted the rest of the day. Skipped this mornings bike workout, hope to try and make it to the pool at lunch time, if not I can do bike and swim tomorrow. Goal for today will be to feel well enough to do the hill run tonight, if I can't make that I'll most likely miss it this week.
