Recovery Ride on the Trainer to get the muscles warmed up in order to stretch some. Feel much better after the ride.

Woke up at 6am to make the 3 hour drive back home.  Worked the Indoor Triathlong at RIT.  A bit sore from the long snowmobile ride.  Plan to do an easy recovery ride or run tomorrow to get things back to normal.

Snowmobiling in Redfield, NY.  The "Tug Hill" region of New York State.  Rode for 130 miles, some of it were very rough others were nice, flat and fast.  Left camp at 9:30am and returned at 9:30pm.
