Tonight was a much easier run than last night's ride. I was in much better shape mentally to stay conscious of what I should be doing. I was still very distracted but not violently angry. Tonight I was more hurt than anything else. I am still thinking about how hurt Lis is and how it was affecting her at work today.

My legs have been kind of cooked for the past couple of days and I don't want to be left in a deficit this weekend. Tonight's ride was to let me do some active recovery and still get some quality miles in. My effort seemed to be pretty consistent across the ride except for the uphill. There were few times where I could feel the burn of my legs filling up with fatigue.
