Figured out that if I put my laptop on the dreadmill and put some interesting reading on the screen, it makes the boring scenery of garage running bearable.  Nothing like reading about SugarCRM development practices while getting your endurance on.  Maybe tomorrow I will put in an hour on the dreadmill.  It is really interesting how much harder it is to get in your miles on an old tread mill versus outside.
