Today was windy, and the wind made this ride tough. It was frustrating to work so hard and still go so slow. I had to keep reminding myself that this was a long slow ride, and that I should take whatever the "course" gave me. I also over fueled on this ride, and felt like I was gonna puke through most of the ride. Obviously I am still tweaking my nutrition. I was planning on running off the bike for a couple of miles, but I was dead when I got done with the ride.
