Friday - hunting (10 ducks and a goose)

Saturday - hunting in the morning (8 ducks), roofing in the afternoon at Bobby's

Sunday - roofing all day.  We got all the shingles on, but man I'm sore this morning.

Hoping for a short swim at lunch and strength after work.

Swim workout distance PR today. Planned on doing all drills in 200s, but my concentration and form were suffering on the second 50 of drills so I ended up doing 100s of drill/swim.

Bit the bullet yesterday and registered for the Colonial Half Iron, Escape from Ft. Delaware, and the Bay Bridge 10k.  I figure I'm going to need all the help I can get so I upgraded my BT membership so I can get some training plans and bug Mike Ricci to death. 

I've never swam 1.2 miles, ridden 56 miles or run 13 miles before - what have I gotten myself into???

Doing 50 drill/50 swim was tougher than I thought it would be. Cramping in hamstrings...most likely the result of not drinking much water yesterday.
