Standard Monday rest day. I feel like yesterday was a rest day so I'm tempted to go to the gym or something. We'll see how the day goes....
Taking a look at my training plan, this is the last "full" week of training before Eagleman and my last week of strength training. Next week is a taper for Columbia, then the week after that is full, but starts with several easy post-race sessions. After that, it's taper time for Eagleman! This spring has flown by...I can't believe race season is upon us.

Just simply chillin' today. Got in the office early so hopefully I'll be out of here by 1300. I've got nothing on the schedule but a nice little nap and maybe giving J-Lo a little TLC.
