Nice and easy form focus. Just something to get some blood flowing to the sore parts.

I think I'm just going to take the next week or two to just do some maintenance type training.  Nothing structured or too hard.  Just going to take some time to enjoy riding the bike and running with no HRM.  I'll try to get a couple high quality bike rides in for the Church Creek TT.

Quick little ride to test out the new cranks. I'm glad I made the change...the shifting between chainrings is incredible with the Ultegras.

Rest day!  I really can't believe Eagleman is here.  J-lo is going into the shop today for a new crankset and chainrings.  The bike shop felt so bad about taking so long to get back to me on this he's replacing my FSA crankset with a brand new Ultegra crank at no charge.  I'm hesitant to make an equipment change this close to the race, but I'm sick of my chain rubbing the front derailleur when I'm in an outside cog in the rear.  (front chainring/crank has a slight wobble in it)  This has got to be a good equipment improvement for race day.  I'll probably go out for an easy ride this afternoon to check everything out.

CMS dinner tonight in Cambridge which should be fun, then lots of pacing/worrying/insomnia over the next couple days.  Man, I love racing!!!!
