Did another rehab run on the treadmill. Kept it slow and easy. Worked on posture/biomechnics

Joined the USAFIT online program. It took 3 months to get rolling (long story - they accepted my registration fee but then claimed that they never received from active.com. From reading between the lines, it sounds like the coach simply did not want to deal with the annoyance of creating training plans for online members. A new coach took over recently and created a plan very quickly). The goal will be to prepare myself for a marathon as best as I am able within 3 months.
