Legs started cramping at the 70 mile mark. Had to stop a couple times to stretch. After second time stopping, I slowed down to about 15/16mph on the ride. I think I could have kept that pace for a while but; I didn't want to risk it on a training ride. The wind was 15mph+ from the South. It was brutal. I think that might have been what caused the cramping on the second half of the ride. IDK
