Not really big pain, but feel that there is something going on with some muscle or joint next to left knee. Just shorten the ride instead of 90-100 did 70 and slower pace. Feel so long! All the way the same feeling in my muscle. Maybe I need to do many short rides and try longish ride next weekend.

Feel not too bad just slow. Every 200 meters was a little faster. last one around 4:10
400 meters 8:25 and 8:30. I didn't push very hard but feel tired after.
Yeah, slow bike and short run. Feel like need some time to get back in shape. Quite tired at the end.
