Better run than Monday, still feel a little strange though. I feel like I am getting slower.

I think I ran at a better pace today though and I was more comfortable with my effort.

Went out a little too hard today, pacing is a problem. I pushed a lot at around 1.75 - 2 miles, got tired and was verey slow and fatigued the rest of the way. HR was out of control and I had to stop twice to get my breath. I think I need to go back to running a basic, slow pace for an extended time. I don't think I built enough of a base before I decided to try and do 4 miles in sub 37 minutes every time.

tried to do some HR control today which explains my slower than usual pace. I attempted to keep my HR under 155 for the entire four miles. It wasn't too difficult to do that for the first three miles but I couldn't keep it down during the fourth.
