Strides every mile on the half mile starting at 1.5 I did strides for 55 right foot falls at 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5 This was pretty tough physically, but mentally it made the run kind of fun. It broke it up in my head and made it not so boring

Outside on the roadie for the first time in a very, very long time. I forgot to stop the garmin a few times, so my averae is probably a bit higher.
