Real easy and low intensity long run. All zone 1 and 2. I'm well on my way to my second straight 800 minute plus training week and my third 775+ minute week in 4 weeks
Garmin battery died 37 minutes into he first part of the ride. I guess it wasn't all the way on the cradle. I based my average speed for this ride off of the previous one.
