Really tough one. In the rain. Legs felt tired and heavy, but little soreness. Taking 3 days off from running. Day off tomorrow, bike Sunday and back on track with a swim Monday.
this... was a struggle. I think mostly because this is my second run of 15 miles in five days.
Easy ride to loosen up. Followed by 15 minutes of foam rolling and stretching. Feeling good.
