Wanted to bike so I had to start on the floor. This made for a lame workout.

Floor
Block 1:
3 rounds of mini band exercises:
Mid band hip thrust x10
Mid band static crunch in and out x10
Repeat the following exercises until time:
Deadlift x6
Weighted static lunge x6 each side
Block 2:
Start with 3 rounds of rowing
10 stroke row
10 stroke recovery row
Repeat exercises until time:
Step down to bicep curl x6 each side
Hip hinge reverse grip low row x6
Plank with leg lift x12

Bike
1 min incline base at 6%
1 min flat road base
1 min incline base at 7%
1 min flat road base
30 sec all out at 8%

Block 2-4 follow the same pattern but incline starts 1% lower so they go as follows:
Block 2: 5, 6, 7% all out
Block 3: 4, 5, 6% all out
Block 4: 3, 4, 5% all out

I was on the bike and the display on the bike was broken. So. Whatever.

So. Kevin is now on Prozac. I tried to give it to him orally, but that ended with me squirting Prozac all over the kitchen table and basically everywhere but in Kevin's mouth. Whatever tiny amount did end up in his mouth was promptly expelled. He foamed. He drooled. He spat. He was not interested in the least and he fought me and scratched me and it was way too dramatic and violent to be a daily occurrence. I tried to burrito him in a towel, but once he got wind of what was going on he hid under the bed and I had no chance at all.

I called the vet and they arranged to have it compounded into a transdermal gel that I can rub on the inside of Kevin's ear. We did this today and it was 400x easier. Hopefully Kevin will calm the fuck down soon. He's always been so scared and terrified and insecure and clingy. Maybe we can finally help him to be the cat he was meant to be. We'll see.

This will also be 100% possible for the cat sitter to do while we're gone. Administering the meds orally would have required chainmail. For both parties.

It is so nice to do a weekend class early and WITHOUT A HANGOVER. OMG lol. I didn't think I arrived in time to get a treadmill card, so I should have been suspicious when ALL THE STATIONS were still available. I took a treadmill card and lo and behold it was a switch workout. So... Treads actually started on the rower. Which is fine. Whatever. It's an hour of my life I can't care that much.

POWER DAY!!! MY FAVE!!!! Short stints on the treadmill and short rows. Heavier weights. The only thing I don't really like about power day is all of the jumping. I do what I can.
