I wasn't really feeling this today. This was my 4th consecutive class and I was just kind of over it. Still was a good class, not too much extended running... which is the only reason I was able to run. The next couple of classes will be on the bike for sure.

Endurance Day. Meh. Run/Row with a pretty aggressive row block. I walked the bases so this whole thing was tolerable. SOOOO MUCHHHHH ROWWWINGGGGG. I have determined I like rowing up to 500 M. So. There's that. Today we rowed 1000 twice, so that was too much rowing for me. LOL.
