So! 10k tomorrow! I have no idea what I will be able to do. I am still coughing a lot from my recent bronchitis, but feel fine otherwise. So I don't think I'll be able to get a PR. Hm... previous 10k's: 1:10 (11:18 pace), 1:07:47 (10:55), 1:14 (12:03). Well, let's say I should really be able to beat a 12:00 pace, which would be 1:14:24. I would be thrilled to beat an 11 min pace (1:08:30) but I'm not going to hold my breath.`
