Turns out, those were my fastest two transitions ever! Cool.
Tired and sore. Not feeling too motivated to go swim...
Sunday - June 29
- RACE DAY: I Love The Tavern Triathlon
Saturday - June 28
I guess I'll set some goals. I should be faster than the last time I did this race, b/c last time I was newly pregnancy and had been throwing up every day for several weeks before the race. (I only did aquabike.) I probably won't be as fast as my sprint last fall because I've put on 20 lbs. :( :( :(
Anyway... here are some guesses/goals:
swim <7 min (swim is 650 m with the current, and yesterday current was strong!)
T1 <3 min
bike 1:18 (better goal 1:10)
T2 <2 min
run who knows? let's say 36 min.
overall 2:06 (would be amazed at under 2 hrs!)
