I did it!!! I PR'd at the Remission Run once again! Going into the race, I just didn't think I had it in me, but I managed to run my heart out.

It was a great run for a great cause as always that brought tears to my eyes once again. So glad to have been a part of it.

Trainer ride. The plan was to bike 2 hours, but my legs were shot from the morning's race. So I called it quits after only 40 mins.

Not the best week when it comes to training. I hope that I at least come through with a fast time tomorrow at the Remission Run. If anything it'll be a fun time with great friends.
