This too is unofficial time ... lots of ground cover and a fall on the running trail took my GPS signal out at 2.87 miles on a 3.4 mile course.... First 2.87 miles were done in 28:23.

Shoulders are a bit sore from the glovework in the pool (I suppose?), but overall feel good today. Brought my running gear and if time allows will go for an EZ run at lunch to keep loose as well as to go over my running goal for April...

Nice run at lunch. Was going to go EZ, but with the weather in the 60's and a clear sky/no wind, decided to go at whatever pace felt good. Had Peter Gabriel/So jammin' in my ears so that probably helped a bit too...

Anywhos.... did well at the overall pace, and the splits on the last mile by quarters are:

2 mm: 7:59 min/mile
2.25mm: 8:00 min/mile
2.5mm: 8:18 min/mile
2.75mm: 7:46 min/mile
3.0mm: 7:37 min/mil
3.102: 7:35 min/mile
