Late evening run after all of the mandatory family activities. A little soreness in the foot and right ankle. I also noticed it takes me a long time to get warmed up (2 miles or so) before the run is comfortable. I also think I will begin learning more about nutrition and eating better quality meals. If anyone has any book or article suggestions please let me know.

Two bad runs in a row. Not sure what the problem is but I am having trouble with my run. Could be mental burnout, I am being a *&^&(&%, need to eat and hydrate better. Likely all of the above.
