I know I said yesterday's run was my last Colorado run, but I missed my flight. I thanks to the savvy work of Greg Dahl and especially Jennifer Dahl, I will be getting on today's flight home. Unbelievable! So, I got one more run in the Centennial State.

Ran this a week ago and took a few minutes off.

Elevation gain 1962 feet

I dubbed this run "The Jerker Run" in honor of Scott Jurek who has won countless ultra marathons with injuries. Initially I almost bailed because the tops of my toes were badly blistered... but like "The Jerker" after I ran for a while I forgot about the pain.

Great trail run on Green Mountain today. Last year I couldn't break this 1:15 on this route and today I broke one hour... my record (pre-accident) was less than 50 minutes, but this is awesome and the improvements are continuing!

Ran the Summit trail on Green Mountain, then crossed over and ran Zoro. My quads are screaming from all of the downhill running this week.
