Ran the Ridgeline trail with Jamie. couldn't seem to get into Z3. Very tired from yesterday.

Road from the house down to Castle rock to pick up Shawn. From there we headed over lake gulch road and on to highway 83. Left turn on Russelville road, right turn on deerfield, crossed 86 and on to Flintwood. Rode Flintwood for a bit then left on Democrat. Through the Pinary then North on Parker Road to home.

Rode from Bergen Park over squaw pass to the Georgetown train. Then Back through Idaho springs and over Floyd hill.
Over 8000 feet of climbing, wow I'm tired. My bike computer showed 76 miles and 5:24:00.
