Started out on the same route I did Tuesday and Thursday. This route offers a lot of rolling hills and plenty of opportunities to bring up my heart rate. Once I reached Parker Road I headed west and rode around Centennial Airport then on to Meridian. I did the South Meridian Blvd loop 4 times. I aimed and succeeded at keeping a 20 mph pace while on this loop. Then I headed back to Parker and met the family to watch Matthew's tball game.
I've been really tired for the past couple of weeks. I think it's do to the added stress at work and having to deal with finding a new car. I really think the stress is affecting my training.
