Did 15 push ups on all but close grip and decline (did 10 on those)

Feeling tired today.  I'm going to shoot for a ride today and try to get 400 miles for the month.
Weather was crappy, went for an indoor spin instead.

This was a great day of training for me!  I finally got the time to put in a good day.  I would love to get two days a week with this kinda volume.
