Met Sharon at Marymoor and did a walk-run/walk-run-walk thing for almost 3 hours. GREAT day! The weather was gorgeous and we saw a great blue heron in the river, lots of geese, an ass crack that about burned our retinas out, and TWO BALD EAGLES!

Ran out to the outlet mall, grabbed a biscotti, then ran over to get my fingernail repaired. Too bad I couldn't just leave it in the shop while I finished my run...

Was feeling kind of wonky during times of this run for some reason...low energy and a little dizzy. What's up with that? That's why I stopped for a biscotti. I did have a granola bar about half hour before I started. Hmmm.
