I met Erin at the park and did a 4 mile run with her along with the half mile to and from. BEAUTIFUL morning! We saw snow geese flying overhead! The weather is amazing! I wanted to take video, but didn't have the camera with me.

What a GREAT run! I parked at the Harbor Park on Harbor Drive and ran into Mukilteo, then found a closed road and decided to run down that where I found Japanese Gulch. Decided to do a little trail running. Unfortunately the gulch is not maintained well right now, although obviously it has been in the past. I hit a bridge that was broken and decided not to chance it, being over 2 miles from the car. I can't wait to try it again, though. Great run! Slow because LOTS of hills, but fantastic run.

Obviously with that pace we did TONS of drills. After it was over one of the ladies said she hoped I wouldn't get discouraged, that it was probably due to low body fat. In other words, I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS I SUCK!!! I told her not to worry, I used to be worse and if that didn't discourage me, this wouldn't either. I know she meant well, but it kind of made me laugh. "It's a shame you suck so bad, but don't get discouraged!" LOL!
