Bikram Yoga, to be precise. I think I sweated out stuff I ate four years ago. I have never sweat so much in my LIFE! I felt very bendy and clean when I was done. I actually was pretty proud of how well I did. I was able to do some of all of the moves, and all of some of the moves. I even was able to do that thing where you sit on your knees, then you spread them and sit on your butt, then you lay completely back with your knees still bent, and another thing where you fold completely in half and put your forhead on your knees and roll onto your neck.

I don't even want to KNOW what I look like doing either of these things, but I did enjoy the class. It was 105 degrees in the studio and I think it's the first time I have been truly warm since July.
