I tried the wgt work out by Ken Mierke Off season wgt training. I can really feel it. The hard thing was trying to slow movement down to 8-10 seconds on the contraction. The eccentric was ok for timing. Felt funny just being done after one set.

Feel a little off today. The bike felt good. Got some shoulder and right hip ache. Took some advil last and will do again this am. Probably too much cake.

Just got in. Once around the nieghbor hood. Its about 40 and dry out, little hazy sunshine. Boy that felt good. First time on the road with the aero bars. Sure is a different feeling.

Got to RIDE outside!!!!!!!!!! THere is no comparison to the trainer. Was hard to keep track of Giants though. From the looks of it the only thing to keep track of was the turnovers. Oh well they got further then the Bills.

My day off. I'm going to change that to friday I think. I end up pacing the house wanting to ride. The wife enjoyed her birthday cake (chocolate of course) and so did I. I was pretty good. I didn't get her a iron this year (marmadaddy, yes bad idea). I set Febuary 1st for start of running again. As much as I dread the running in the tri, I somehow miss it.
