I've finally done it. After 46 years I rode around Canandaigua Lake. It's done all the time I know but now i've done it. The day was bright and sunny making the views even greater, traffic was light for the most part. Lots and lots hills. How come the up hills always seem longer then the downhills. I could use some butt butter or fanny frosting, I'll call runnergirl. See where she gets it. I didn't see it in the BT store. Oh well off to mow the lawn. Its a sunny morning. Gota alate start on breakfast. Yoshi needed some help with her pilates. Getting Will going and then its around the lake. Gonna miss ya Mike

Great someone had to have a birthday at Masters. So its thier new age in fifties on a minute. I had to swim b/t brother and paul. Nothing like one up menship. All around 34 to 38 seconds. I'll feel it tomorrow. Good morning. I feel like a slug this am. Legs are a little sore, so no ride. I'll swim tonite and pilates this am. Need to go to get easter baskets stuff for a family we are helping at work. Slept hard last night and the night nurse didn't. Thats a good thing. We'll see what happens tonite and I haven't talked to Yoshi to see if she was up. Looking forward to a ride this saturday.

Brisk cool morning. Bright sunshine and nice. Out with Yoshi and Sam. Down to the pier and back. Yoshi ran .58miles wtihout stopping. She is starting to feel good about running and feeling some changes. Yeah!!!

What a pig I am. Can't believe how much I put on over the wknd. Wish I could blame it on PMS. I work with 24 females does that count?

Out the Bristol hill way. lots of climbing and speedy descents.
Mike got to 40.7 mph. Didn't trust the traffic to go faster. Climbing felt great. Good speed and cadance.
