For those of you who own a home, if you haven't already refinanced to get 5% or better on a 30 year fixed, now would be a good time to call your mortgage professional (if you have one you like and trust) or track one down by asking around to find one that your friends or coworkers like and trust.

Yes I'm in the mortgage business. I post this because I want all of you to have as much cash as possible to buy gear for your tri habit.

And, I'm picking up my new-to-me Subaru later this week! Found the car I've been looking for the last six months. 2005 Legacy GT wagon with a five speed. It's the sweetness!

Great weekend of fall cleaning and projects around the house. Had a blast mountain biking Saturday and the extent of exercise Sunday was mowing the lawn and going up and down the basement stairs a bunch of times.
