Great weekend included some down time, a cyclocross race, and visiting my mom.  Oh, and snaking the drain of our shower.  The things we do for love (and wives with long hair).

Going to hit the Y at lunch for some running and lifting.

Went to LaCrosse after the CX race to visit my mom. Beautiful day for a walk in the marsh today!

Cyclocross race in Verona. Didn't feel as good as last week, tummy was unhappy, legs didn't have much power. Finished 43 out of 65 or something like that in cat 4. New goal for the season: Finish in the top half of a CX race!
