Great run. Just easy pace, but the middle two miles felt like I was Forrest Gump. Just running. Didn't have to think about it. The body just moved. That's good stuff.

Sorry I'm slacking on inspires lately.  Sooper busy at work takes away almost all my BT time these days.

Crank Daddy's tonight for the JDRF fundraiser.  Lori and I are going to be modeling the latest in cycling fashions.  I am certainly not an ideal model, but whatever.  It's for a good cause.

TITS. Loaded the road bike onto the mag trainer and did a low intensity spin. Enjoyed the simplicity of just spinning and not messing with the CT.

So... I'm putting one of the Computrainers up for sale. It is a Lab version, which is currently on sale through Racermate for $1,479, so I'll sell this one for $1,100, firm.
