Ran with a friend who is training for a half in May. Felt pretty dang good.

Wanted to swim at lunch but my escape from the office was unfortunately to meet a plumber at one of the rentals.  At least I was able to do work in the car while he did work on the house...

Running tonight.

Lower medium intensity ride on the drainer watching The Distance. For reference, that takes you up to the Madison training camp coverage.

Great run until 55 minutes in when I started getting pain in the back of my right knee. Walked the last 15 minutes.

Even effort. Not too hard but I was workin' fo sho.

Tri Wisconsin Wednesday night run. Felt okay, but not sooper great.

Followed it up with Sheepshead, where I won.
