Hiked up to check out the lookout at Diamond Head before leaving Waikiki.

Late afternoon run. Felt pretty dang good. Cold wind out of the north so the start and finish were a bit chilly but the middle was nice and comfy.

Reviewed my logs from 2007.  I was at about twice the volume then as I am so far this year.

I will be swimming and running in Hawaii.

CT w/ DJDavey and the wife. Oh mah gawd. I am out of shape.

Almost three laps on the Hawaii course. Ya know, just to get ready for Hawaii.

Now we are out the door for a three mile run.
