Solid post Easter dinner run. Nice even pace, low RPE. Legs felt pretty fresh.
Knee felt fine. Had a little pain behind my left ankle on the inside but not bad.
Going to keep the run mileage fairly even for the next week or two. Want to make sure I'm not ramping up too fast and risking injury.
Lunchtime swim at the Y. Awesomeness. From the first lap I just felt great in the water. Nice and relaxed, body balanced, just flowing. Best swim this year by far.
