Nice cruiser. Felt pretty dang good. Knee was fine the whole time. Little discomfort in the left shin and behind the left ankle on the inside. Nothing concerning though. Looking forward to the GB half in a few weeks!

Water bottle season has begun!  All of a sudden the dishwasher and counter are full of water bottles.
