Either an easy spin on the bike or short easy run tonight. Looking forward to getting a beat down at the Whitewater road race tomorrow. Then heading to Madison to have beers with the folks who ran Crazy Legs. Sunday: Blessing Of The Burro. That's an action packed weekend!

Nice cruiser. Felt pretty dang good. Knee was fine the whole time. Little discomfort in the left shin and behind the left ankle on the inside. Nothing concerning though. Looking forward to the GB half in a few weeks!

Water bottle season has begun! All of a sudden the dishwasher and counter are full of water bottles.
