We'll call this time in aero, as opposed to time in the saddle. Need to get my ass on the tri bike instead of the road bike more as race season gets closer and closer. Easy spin, took my time to look at houses and dawdle a bit.

Plan was to do an easy ride and short brick tonight, but feeling a bit run down so I may take a rest day today and run/swim tomorrow.

Beautiful night for a ride! Spirited ride with a group of guys I had not met before.

Didn't walk last night, but I did buy and plant some tomato, strawberry, and basil plants.  Looking forward to having yummy fresh stuff in the yard!

Lannon ride tonight.  Probably not a hammerfest for me, but plan to do the 37 mile route.

Took it easy, probably more like RPE 2-3 for this workout. Felt good in the water today.

Lunchtime swim is done, probably go for a walk tonight.  Legs feel good but a little sore from yesterday.

PR'd at the GB half mary. Felt pretty good the whole time. Pit stop to pee at mile 3.5. Weather was great--sunny and cool.

Pooey. Felt great until about 27 minutes in when I contemplated puking. Walked the rest. I blame the Power Gel of unknown vintage I took before running. That's what I get for doing a morning workout! But, I'm done for the day so I don't have to leave the office at lunch and can chillax tonight.
