Fantastic weekend including some good training.  May take a rest day today.  May run.  May ride.  Dunno.  What I do know is that I'm having a stressful day at work and would rather still be enjoying the long weekend!

25 mile race--hilly kicked my ass
53 miles of IMWI loop and some extra at a relaxed pace.

Fun day.


Happy Friday!  Rest day today for me.  Headed to Blue Mounds after work.  Camp tonight, 25 mile bike race tomorrow at 10 a.m., then a loop on the IMWI course, then head to Waupaca to hang with Lori's family.  Run in Waupaca Sunday, home Sunday night, 5k on Monday morning, then grilling and beers somewhere for the afternoon.  I love me a holiday weekend!
