5K at the fort! This was extremely hot. I was still feeling a little slow from the run on Tuesday and had no energy. Faltered around mile 2 and couldn't catch my breath. Slowed considerably until I was able to breath then finished the run.

Well, I have had better ideas! Was supposed to go for bike today but that was canceled early. When some time opened up I decided to go for a run. Probably could of picked a better time. It was extremely hot, face and shoulders were burnt when I made it back to the campground. Next time I am running at night.
