Decent for the 1st 2 miles then fell apart from there. Knee stiffened up and then turned into the pain again. Stopped stretched and was able to get up and going again. Over the last mile the stiffness and pain became much more bearable, it seemed the longer and harder I ran the less my knee hurt.

Treadmill run, felt good up until around 3.75 then started to feel some discomfort so I stopped and did some stretching for awhile. All soreness or lingering affects are felt in my hip and glutes. I think if I work on stretching and strengthing this area and I should be OK.

Visiting family in toledo so I found a park to run at. Planned for a minimum of 10 miles, but only made it to 5 miles before my knee starting hurting. Very sharp pain on the outside side of my knee that turned into a feeling of my knee locking up. As soon as I stopped the pain went away so I stretched and tried to restart with no luck. Started to feel like I was limping or compensating for the pain so I decided to call it a day. No need to create a bigger issue just for a few extra miles. Did some additional stretching and walked backed to the car, took some ibuprofen and relaxed with family.
