Really had to push on the run.  Really drained me to keep the 10mm pace even with the totally flat course. .  Don't know what was wrong.   I think either the weight workouts are taking a toll or the dog walks have slowed my pace or I am getting really old.

Full upper body, Did 3 reps with 170. lots of reps for back to mix it up. Good workout. Feeling pressure on my rotor cuff so I will need to do the bowflex next time and stay away from heavy reps.

Home dumbells

Now using 17.5 mph for my trainer workouts because the 50 mile ride i did the other day was just over 17.5.  


 


I did not look at the elevation for the run.  I just selected the workout of the day.  It was a very steep incline for the first half.  I made it a heartrate workout and kept my HR at 140.  Had lots of energy for the second half downhill.  Was a good workout. 


 


Did the shoulder workout that I was too lazy to do yesterday.  All dumbell concentrated with very light weights and lots of reps.
