The weight training was good.  I increased my reps on the bench for max weight.  I can move up another 5 pounds.  Great machines at the Y. 


I was feeling exhaustion during the run but not too bad.  I took two long rests on the benches along the way and stretched.  Love this park. 


I reserved a road bike and intend to ride 50 miles on Thursday.
