St Petersburg approximate. Felt good.

Felt like crap yesterday.  My hip felt arthritic.  Today I felt great.  Did mile intervals.  Did a 7 1/2mm 1/2 mile within the 13th mile.  Don't understand it.  Cut down on coffee.  Only had 3 cups.  Drank caffeine free ginger  tea.  Took a gu at mile 4 and 9.  Felt a bit sick for the last 1/4 mile.  Maybe because the gu had caffeine in it.
